Intuitive Design & Research
Purposeful Design in Action
Better experiences start with better designs. My portfolio reflects a commitment to crafting digital experiences that don’t just function, they feel. I design with empathy, curiosity, and intention, merging design thinking with intuitive listening to build systems that honor the complexity of real human needs. Curious how I get there? My Process
My design process is rooted in empathy and begins with deeply listening to the unspoken needs of individuals and communities. Guided by an iterative approach and grounded in human understanding, I blend intuitive insight with Agile methodologies to create solutions that are effective, adaptable, and truly resonant.

I begin by exploring the problem space through deep listening and research. This includes user interviews, analyzing data, reviewing existing products, and studying the competition. I focus on gathering meaningful insights that highlight user needs and business goals. These discoveries shape the direction of my work and ground the design process in real-world context.
With a clear understanding of the problem, I brainstorm and prototype potential solutions. I sketch ideas, create wireframes, and build interactive prototypes to test quickly and often. I use Agile methods to stay flexible, focusing on low-fidelity outputs first to gather feedback early. Collaboration with stakeholders at this stage ensures my ideas are aligned, purposeful, and informed by the initial research.
Once the design direction is validated, I refine and prepare it for development. I conduct usability testing, iterate based on feedback, and ensure the solution is both user-centered and technically feasible. I work closely with developers and product leads to ensure smooth handoff and delivery. My goal is to launch designs that are intuitive, accessible, and rooted in user insight.
